We don’t specialize; we generalize. Our program incorporates the Ten Standards of Fitness: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

AEROBICS

A low-impact, high-energy workout set to the latest hits, incorporating aerobic steps, kicks, jabs, and step boxes. It’s an excellent fat burner that tones the legs and glutes while promoting coordination and balance.

Circuit Training

A blend of aerobics and resistance exercises performed in a class format, offering a fantastic endurance workout set to music.

Spinning

Using a stationary bike, this class is a great way to burn calories and build endurance and strength quickly. Start with a beginner’s class and progress at your own pace to the general level.

Push & Lift

Warning: This class may change your body shape! A 60-minute barbell endurance session where each song targets a specific muscle group, providing a full-body workout. Suitable for all levels, and challenges even experienced trainers.

Ab Attack

Struggling to train your abs on your own? Looking for new ideas? Try our 15-minute abs class for a focused and effective workout.

Cardio

This focuses on the cardiorespiratory system (heart and lungs) functioning as an efficient transport system for oxygen and nutrients to the muscles during physical activity. To enhance overall fitness, it’s essential to work on both endurance and strength.
